On the morning of January 25, 2021, The capping ceremony of DEREN Building was held ceremoniously on the 23rd floor. Mr. Qiu Jianmin, Chairman of Shenzhen DEREN Electronics Co., Ltd., Mr. Qiu Yang, President of Shenzhen DEREN Electronics Co., Ltd. and other core management, Mr. Qiu Weimin, a famous investor and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Shenzhen Desheng Asset Management Co., Ltd., the controlling shareholder of DEREN Electronics, and representatives of design institutes, supervision units and construction units jointly celebrated this exciting moment.
DEREN Building is located on the south side of Guanguang Road, Guangming District, Shenzhen City, covering an area of 8446.9 square meters and a construction area of 54310.5 square meters, with a total of 23 floors and a construction height of 99.9 meters.

He said that the capping of the main structure of the DEREN Building Project marked the steady progress of the project and the phased victory. Later, Mr. Qiu Yang, President of DEREN Electronics, delivered a speech for the capping ceremony. He said that since the foundation of DEREN Building was laid, the project team has overcome difficulties and assigned special personnel to carry out preparatory work such as project initiation, environmental impact assessment, land approval and construction approval procedures, creating favorable conditions for the smooth construction of the project. In 2020, the project team actively coordinated the construction unit to seize the time and make every effort to push forward the project construction on the premise of doing a good job in the prevention and control of novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic, further speeding up the construction progress of the main body of the project and laying a good foundation for the early capping of the main body of the project.
